grapes, of any colour, 30 pounds.
Ferment.
Mix treacle, 10 pounds,
beet-root, sliced, 1½ pounds,
red tartar, in powder, 2 ounces.
Add rosemary leaves, 2 handsful,
brandy, ½ a gallon.
This will make 9 gallons.
