Take of cold soft water, 11 gallons,

red currants, 8 do. Ferment.

Mix, raw sugar, 12 lbs.

red tartar, in fine powder, 2 oz.

Put in coriander seed, bruised, 2 oz.

then add British spirit, 2 quarts.

This will make 18 gallons.
