A few areas mentioned in the Index do not seem to exist. In particular,
there are repeated references to Interchange (of sounds). Other missing
headers include Affinities, Inducing, Interrogative (by that name) and
Quotations, as well as Section 126.6 (genitive singular of _sōlus_).
Some of these may have been named in the first edition.
