(1) Newspapers and periodicals are printed matters which appear in
regular sequence at intervals of at most 3 months, without limiting
their circulation to a certain group of persons.
(2) All reproductions of writings or illustrations, destined for
dissemination, which are produced by means of a mass reproduction
process are to be considered as printed matter.
