7. _For this purpose flagmen shall have for_ DAY SIGNALS _not
less than two torpedoes and a red flag._
_For_ NIGHT SIGNALS _not less than two torpedoes, two red fusees,
and red and white lanterns._
CONDUCTORS _shall see that flagmen have these signals when they
go on duty._
