God Gives Freely to those who Ask.
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask God, that giveth to all men

God Withholds his Blessings and Prevents their Reception.
He hath blinded their eyes and hardened their heart that they should
not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be
converted, and I should heal them. (John 12 : 40.)
For it was of the Lord to harden their hearts, that they should
come against Israel in battle, that he might destroy them utterly,
