I am a little girl, twelve years old, and am over seven hundred
miles from my home. To-day I went to the Public Garden in Boston,
and had a ride in the swan boat on the little pond, and saw a
lovely rainbow through a fountain. Then I saw on Boston Common four
cunning little goats harnessed to a little wagon called Baby Mine.
I have seen many new and pretty things I could tell you about, but
I suppose you have so many little correspondents that I will not
write any more this time.
