* Page numbers are "hidden" within a-elements, and some browsers will
display them in the right margin. The pages of the actual poem are
numbered "p-3" through "p40," those of the advertizing in the back "a1"
through "a28."

* Text version: stage instructions embedded in square brackets, [like so].
Catalog entries separated by two empty lines. Added full-stops to the last
catalog entries for readability.
* The phrase "Alle rechten voorbehouden" (all rights reserved) has been
preserved for historical interest. It no longer applies to this work.

This should be spelled "revolutionairen," but this may be old spelling so
I left it in.
* Initials are spaced, other capitalized abbreviations are not.
* The pages of the main booklet number p -3 through p 40, and correspond
with scans 001.png through 044.png.
* It is not possible in CSS to determine how the last line in a justified
paragraph should be rendered. The original printer decided to center this
last line; in the Project Gutenberg HTML version the rendering depends on
the webbrowser you are using.
* To better illustrate the different sections of the printed work, I have
introduced three horizontal breaks (signified by an HR line in the HTML
version and a line of stars in the TXT version). The book signified these
changes by starting text on a new page.
