This use of _wonder_ is common; see Cant. Ta., G 751, 1035. At a later
time, _wonder_, when thus used adverbially, received the adverbial suffix
_-s_; hence Th. has '_wonders_ wel' here. So also '_wonders_ dere' in the
Test. of Love; see _Wondrous_ in my Etym. Dict.
38. _hote_, be called; a less ambiguous spelling than _hatte_, as in
Thynne; cf. Cant. Ta. D 144. _rede you here_, advise you to hear.
44. _she._ These and similar allusions are merely translated, and have
therefore no special significance.
