Kingdom, the rate being, under 2 oz., 6 cts., 2 oz. to 4 oz., 13 cts.,

Registration fee, in addition to the Postage. For British Colonies and

NEWSPAPERS.

Newspapers from office of publication to subscribers in the United

Kingdom may be forwarded on prepayment of the commuted rate applicable to

Transient Newspapers must be prepaid one cent each.

chargeable ON DELIVERY with two cents additional postage--to cover the

American transit charge.
