You have not told us the origin of this title. I have just been reminded of the omission by the dedication of _Ludovici Cappelli Commentarii_, Amstel., 1689, which is-- "Wilhelmo Archiepiscopo Cantuariensi ... alterius orbis, sed melioris, Papæ."
