almost all the Controversies of Human Life whether Publick or Private.
_Plaintiff_ and _Defendant_ find Bus’ness for the _Lawyers_: Questions
of _Religion_ for the _Divines_: Disputes about _Privileges_ and
_Liberties_, Cut out Work for the _Soldiers_. A _General Peace_ in fine,
would be a _General Disappointment_; for the wrangling of some, is the
Livelihood of others; and wherever there are like to be _Carkasses_,
there will never fail to be _Vultures_.
