REFLEXION.

Solitude is against Nature, but Ill Company is worse then None. So that

Life is not Life without the Blessing of a Friendly and an Edifying

Conversation. The Difficulty only rests in the Choice; wherein the _Lyon_

here has taken his Right Measures: That is to say, he has made a True

Judgment of the Matter: For he only Deserves the Character of a _Friend_,

that’s Proof against all _Tryals_ and _Temptations_, either of _Profit_,

or of _Loss_.
