A Waggoner took Notice upon the _Creaking_ of a _Wheel_, that it was the
_Worst Wheel_ of the Four, that made the most Noise, and was wond’ring at
the Reason of it. Oh, says the _Waggon_, They that are Sickly are ever
the most Piping and Troublesome.
