Having visited very many of the lunatic establishments, and
particularly well remembering the old Bethlem, which has been so
happily superseded by the present hospital, I with the greatest
pleasure take this opportunity of expressing the satisfaction which my
visit hither has now afforded me, from witnessing the excellent state
of every part, both of the building and the management of the patients.
