Aged about thirty, admitted about three years since. This patient
comes from Surrey, where he was tried at the Assizes and found guilty
of cutting and maiming a female; but his insanity was satisfactorily
proved, and he was sent here. He is perfectly harmless, and rather
silly than frantic.
