Aged fifty, admitted about six years since. This man was tried and
found guilty of the murder of his mother; but this shocking act was
proved to be the result of insanity, and he was sent here.
He appears very much disordered in his mind, highly irritable, and will
strike furiously at any one on the slightest offence. He speaks very
seldom, and is in general quiet and inoffensive.
