The male patients are shaved regularly twice a week, and the whole of
their linen is changed once a week. The cold, warm, and shower baths,
are in constant use. The warm bath frequently, as well for purposes of
cleanliness as of medical application. This is Howett’s patent bath,
heated by steam.
