Since writing the last report, there has been a considerable shipment
of chestnut cordwood, shippers taking advantage of the special tariff
issued by the Pennsylvania Railroad. At last accounts the prospects
were that there would be much business in this line right along in the
future, being encouraged by the special low rates.
