[Music]
My home is over Jordan,
My home is over Jordan,
My home is over Jordan,
Where pleasures never die.
Where the wicked cease from troubling, _etc._
And the weary are at rest.
Farewell to sin and sorrow, _etc._
I bid you all adieu.
And you, my friends, prove faithful, _etc._
And on your way pursue.
This spiritual tune has been widely used as a chorus to other songs.
An example is 'Wings of the Morning' in this collection.
