All the Lambrequin designs given are finished with a fringe, which is
easily made, and the following directions will apply to all: Cut the
twine twice the required length, double in center; take two pieces
together, put the needle through the stitch nearest the edge, and with
the hook catch the twines in center and draw through until a loop is
formed on the opposite side; pass the needle through the loop and draw
the four ends through, then pull tight.
