_The first edition of No. 2 of our Crochet Series was necessarily
hurried, and issued out of its regular order, in compliance with a
very general demand for lambrequin designs. While its success has been
gratifying, there were some defects in the work, which has decided
us to re-issue it under its present form. It has been carefully
re-written, so as to follow the very full instructions found in No. 1.
The number of designs have been doubled by the addition of some very
attractive patterns for lambrequins._

With full explanations of all Crochet Stitches, and numerous
illustrations.
