Mrs. Elizabeth, Wife of

Mr. Edward Pinchbeck,

of Chesham, who departed this

Life 1st Oct. 1781, aged 60 years.

Here a painful head is at rest,

Its violent throbbings are o’er;

Her dangerous mortified breast,

Neither throbs nor aches any more.

Her eyes, which she seldom could close

Without opiates to give her some rest,

Are now most sweetly composed,

With her whom her soul did love best.

Joseph and Sarah Barnes, who departed this life May 23d, 1813, aged 25
