No Supreme Council of Ancient, Accepted Scottish Rite Masons possess any
right or power or authority to confer the degrees of entered apprentice
fellow-craft and Master Masons degree.
If a commandery of Knights Templars should confer the entered apprentice
fellow-craft and Master Mason's degree it is spurious and unlawful
Masonic work.
