Cushing's MSS., however, quoted by Mr. Solomon Lincoln, Jr., in his
"History of Hingham," has the following record: "1637. John Tower and
Samuel Lincoln came from old Hingham, and both settled at new Hingham;
Samuel Lincoln living some time at Salem."
