(1) Professional Courts [Berufsgerichte] will be established for the
protection of the editorial profession.
(2) Professional Courts of the first instance are the District Courts
[Bezirksgerichte] of the Press. Professional Courts of the second
instance is the Press Court [Pressegerichtshof] in Berlin.
