The head of the Land Association is required to decree the deletion
of an entry in the professional roster if the requirements set forth
in Section 5, Nos. 1, 2, 5, are not present, or the data furnished
under Nos. 1-6 has been found incorrect, or the editor has given up
his profession. Section 10, sentences 1 and 2 are correspondingly
applicable.
