_Arms of Yarmouth._--What authority has Gwillim, in his _Display of Heraldrie_, p. 258., for asserting-- "He beareth argent a chevron between three seals, feet erected, sable erased. These armes doe pertaine to the towne of Yarmouth in Norfolk."
