The following corrections have been made, on page:
16 " changed to ' (my brush, is it?' caught me up and)
37 "artistocrats" changed to "aristocrats" (hundreds of young
aristocrats)
74 "incorporat" changed to "incorporate" (able to incorporate some).
All other inconsistencies in spelling, hyphenation and italisation
were preserved from the original.
