10. To acquiesce in his Majestie’s declaratione hereanent, and requests his Majestie that the Presbytries be acquainted hereafter, in such case qwher it shall be needfull. 11. Where there is negligence in this poynt, let it be amendit hereafter, according to the acts of the Assemblie.
