[Footnote _c_: Ubi supra.]
SI Sol oriens cingetur Orbe, & postea totus defluxerit æqualiter,
_Serenitatem_ dabit.
That is,

THERE is another _English_ Proverb worth remembering.
In the Decay of the Moon,
A cloudy Morning bodes a fair Afternoon.
